Producer

The Producer's main goal is to organise the whole team and collect resources.

To achieve these goals, the Producer will need to:

Have all materials ready for each team member at the beginning of each team meeting.
Find any planning documents or equipment that may help other team members complete their roles.
Work closely with the Director during production of the movie so that all scenes have materials (backgrounds, actors, equipment, etc.) available to make everything run smoothly.
Assist all members of the team wherever possible to stay ahead of schedule.
