Director

The Director's main goal is to keep the team on track from the script writer's script.

To achieve these goals, the Director will need to:

Start the discussions at each team meeting, making sure that everyone on the team knows their job and what they need to do at each meeting
Work closely with the Script Writer to organise the story into short, easy to animate, movie scenes.
Work closely with the Chief Animator so that everyone knows what is to be animated during production and when.
Assist all members of the team wherever possible to stay ahead of schedule.
